Who We See

This service is designed for children who:

​

  • Require coordinated support from multiple allied health therapists

  • Benefit from a collaborative team approach

  • Are under 5 years of age or have at least 12 months before starting school

  • Thrive when therapy is connected to everyday routines and environments

This model is particularly helpful when families want integrated, coordinated support rather than siloed therapy services.

 

Our service is not suitable for:

Our service operates as a coordinated team model invested in collaboration. The service is not suitable for children already receiving allied health services from other services in the community.

To ensure therapy is integrated and consistent, all therapies must be delivered through the Nurture team.

Children receiving specialist hospital-based services can still be referred. Our team collaborates closely with hospital therapists when needed.

We acknowledge and respect the stories, traditions and living cultures of the Gumbaynggirr people, the traditional owners of the land, and commit to building a brighter future together.
